iDota:Rylai the Crystal Maiden

I'm not quite sure why I'm not fond of Rylai even though they say she's a powerful int type hero. Maybe I don't like her character design? Yes, character design is important to me. XD

Oh, and yeah, I think Rylai wears tights but I changed it to stockings instead because it looks cuter that way.
